Filling girls closets one tutu at a time!  My name is Angie and I am the owner,tutu designer and an official work at home mom."WAHM" for short.  I am located in Minnesota. I love kids fashion! I dress my 2 little girls up whenever I can! I make custom and predesigned tutus,tutu skirts and tutu dresses for any occasion.  Tutu's are not just for play anymore, they are a fashion statement! Girls of all ages are wearing tutu skirts for dance class,birthday party outfits and favors,holidays, weddings, flower girl dresses,portrait sessions,pageants,and Halloween. They are popular with jeans and also leggings and of course just for play! They also make great gifts for baby showers and birthdays!
